Laura, Federica and Chiara are the entrepreneurs leading the long history of Donato Giangirolami winery, a business vision on landscape andn environment established in 1957. Since 1993, organic farming has been the only way. Donato Giangirolami means organic kiwi and wines for a total of eighty hectars. Donato Giangirolami is a unique combination of natural processes, environmental protection and product design.
Donato Giangirolami organises exclusive events, fine dining and concerts within the vineyards. In this way, you can taste innovative Italian cuisine and meet new people in the beautiful landscapes of Latina county.
Experimentation and style
Donato Giangirolami vineyards are placed not far from the beautiful Ninfa gardens, a perfect synthesis of history and nature – a feature you can see in the marvellous production of Donato Giangirolami. As white grapes, we can mention Malvasia Puntinata, Grechetto, Sauvignon, Viognier, and Chardonnay. As red grapes, we can list Montepulciano, Nero Buono, Syrah, Petit Verdot, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Donato Giangirolami cooperates with Latina Wine Trail, Vignaioli Indipendenti (Independent Winegrowers), Associazione Nazionale “Le Donne del Vino” (National Association of Women Winemakers) and Produttori Biologici del Lazio (Organic farmers from Lazio).
